Foil Application is a nice effect for something a little more flashy. There is a speical foil adhesive additive used to apply to the garment via normal screen printing procedures. The garment is then cured. A sheet of foil is then placed onto the garment where the adhesive has been applied. Heat is then applied on a heat press and the foil sheet is removed. The places where the sheet makes contact with the adhesive is where the foil sticks. Here are some samples with foil application.
